About the IRSJA Global Center for Trauma-Informed Leadership & Advocacy

FullSizeRender.heic

Healing is Leadership. Leadership is Healing.

The IRSJA Global Center for Trauma-Informed Leadership & Advocacy is the educational and training arm of the Institute of Research for Social Justice in Action (IRSJA). We are a national hub equipping justice-impacted leaders, peer mentors, frontline professionals, and community changemakers with the tools to heal and transform lives—starting with their own.

We believe that those most impacted by injustice are also the most qualified to lead solutions. At the Global Center, we turn that belief into action by offering certifications, training, and support rooted in lived experience, clinical expertise, and cultural relevance.

Our Impact So Far
