NDLEI Facilitator Certification

Overview:

This certification equips adults to deliver the NDLEI youth curriculum—built to develop trauma awareness, leadership, and violence prevention skills in high-risk youth. Graduates lead cohorts of young people through healing-centered, project-based learning that prepares them to lead in their schools and communities.

Healing the Wounded Healer

Tagline:

Help frontline leaders turn pain into purpose and lead with wellness.

Overview:

This certification trains credible messengers, outreach workers, and mentors to lead healing circles using the 10 Steps to Healing the Wounded Healer framework. Participants learn to process trauma, prevent burnout, and model emotional resilience.

Voices of Consequences

Tagline:

Lead incarcerated and justice-impacted women through a 12-point path to inner healing.

Overview:

Based on Unlocking the Prison Doors by Dr. Jamila T. Davis, this course certifies leaders to facilitate faith-based healing groups inside correctional institutions and reentry programs. The curriculum addresses shame, grief, identity, and self-worth through reflection and storytelling.

Who It's For:

• - Prison educators and reentry staff

• - Women’s recovery advocates

• - Faith leaders and chaplains

• - Formerly incarcerated mentors

What You'll Learn:

• - How to guide the 12-point Voices of Consequences model

Train survivors to heal together, lead together, and create safe spaces for recovery.

Overview:

LeadHerHealing is a peer-led certification that prepares women survivors of sexual trauma to become certified recovery practitioners. Participants engage in deep personal healing while learning how to support others through trauma-informed group leadership.

• - Peer mentors and recovery advocates

• - Women in reentry or transitional housing

• - Domestic violence support workers

This certification trains youth to serve as peer mental health ambassadors using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach. Created by Dr. Juan Rios and Dr. Jamila T. Davis, the curriculum blends healing tools, group facilitation, and leadership skills for inner-city teens.
